The Spain’s healthcare system is funded by contributions to the country’s General Social Security Fund, called as Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social (TGSS). The law do not hold good for illegal immigrants and foreigners. They are not supposed to receive the benefits as not registered with the Spanish tax office.
